At CortadoCafe and Coffee House, we’re locals! We opened up shop because after living in Walnut Grove for more than twenty years, we noticed a lack of a community-focused cafe. We’re excited to give the community a beautiful, welcoming space where people can get together, catch up with friends, and enjoy freshly made food and beverages.

Our coffee beans are sourced from some of the most renowned coffee-growing regions in the world such as Kenya, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, Vietnam and beyond.

We stopped by on opening morning of this place and the staff and owner were very kind and welcoming. My husband had a cappuccino and I got the pumpkin spice latte. Both were made really well and the latte didn’t have that artificial pumpkin taste.
Kaela P. We went after lunch for a London fog and mocha cortado. Shared a veggie muffin and enjoyed the Uber styled interiors. The staff were well trained and it felt very well run for a place that just opened. Wishing them the best and the location is wonderful. It’s tucked away from the busy streets so it feels like a perfect spot to meet on your daily walk around the neighborhood.

We were treated like royalty, all the staff were very accommodating, setting up tables and seating assisting those of us with disabilities. Dan and Annie made us feel like extended family. Our little Maltese (Oaklee) was treated to a "pup-cup," thank you Annie 😁.

My wife and I stopped in today and enjoyed a herbal tea, latte, salted caramel cookie, and a spectacular sandwich they call the Grinder. Absolutely delicious! Had a chance to chat with the owner who made us feel most welcome, as did the other team members that provided excellent service. This will definitely become one of our regular stops!
